Because we know you can’t afford to be out of contact for the amount of time it takes to find and repair damaged lines, we build fiber routes into and out of our serviced communities that form big loops, so when there is a break in one part of the loop there’s always a backup route to get from one place to another. The fiber lines are kept “geographically diverse” from each other so that a catastrophe in one location won’t affect communications on the alternate path and since calls are processed in our fully redundant network, not on your site, communications can continue even if your facility is down.
We have multiple links spread across our system to multiple locations: if one route goes down a backup route is always available to keep everything fl owing! It’s so important that we keep you connected, we’ve gone the extra mile – literally – in providing Southern Colorado with a fully diverse fiber backbone.
