Call 811 Before You Dig
811 is the federally designated call before you dig number that helps homeowners and professionals avoid damaging these vital utilities. When you make the free call to 811 a few days before you dig, you’ll help prevent unintended consequences such as injury to you or your family, damage to your property, utility service outages to the entire neighborhood and potential fines and repair costs.
Southeast Colorado Power Association
Southeast Colorado Power Association, formed in 1937, is a not-for-profit cooperative electric utility serving all or parts of eleven southeast Colorado counties. Our customers are members of the cooperative and own the cooperative. A board of directors selected by the members, one from seven different geographic districts, governs the business. Additionally, SECOM, a division of SECPA, provides high-speed telecommunication circuit.
